“After buying 4 business class tickets to Australia to celebrate my 70th birthday in 2019, my trip was suddenly cancelled when the COVID pandemic hit in 2020. Though Passport Premiere saved me on bundle on the tickets, lockdowns and international travel embargoes made the tickets worthless to me. Despite Qantas cancelling their flights from the U.S. for a year, they had the nerve to deny my refund request. Instead, they offered travel credit vouchers that would have probably expired worthless. I said NO THANKS! I contacted Passport Premiere and they maintained that Qantas was wrong. Passport Premiere analyzed the fare rules and determined was entitled to a full refund. Passport Premiere contacted Qantas on my behalf and a few weeks later, I was shocked to receive a full refund from Qantas.
